Created framework to improve the experience of Moda Operandi employees: drove DEI conversations, consulted key company stakeholders, crafted communications, managed office efficiency, and planned unique events geared toward sustainability, for 200+ employees. Like Moda’s up-cycled tie dye summer party, and Y2K "holidaze" pop-up shop in 2019 which resold over 900 pieces of “damaged inventory” making Moda Operandi $110,000 in one night and later supporting the Dress for Success charity foundation.
